Hello you all! First of all I am sorry to be so long time away, I have been on holiday in Brazil with my family and enjoying the Brazilian summer and I didn't have time to post nothing here, but I AM BACK! And because I have been so long time away I will share with you a little bit about my adventure in the AMAZING BRAZIL!
It was the first time of my boyfriend in my home country and I wanted to show the best and have a good time so I was organizing this trip for while, checking hotels, airplane tickets, restaurants, what to do... it was a lot of work but at the end everything was perfect!
Today I will give tips about our first stop: Rio de Janeiro. In our first day we went to the beautiful Cristo Redentor, it was fantastic, we went up with the bondinho, its a train that goes through the forest till the top! After we head back to Ipanema where we were staying and went to have a late lunch at the Carretão, it is a churrascaria with delicious food! After we enjoy the beach and an amazing sunset at Arpoador Beach!
Our second day we were up to exercise! We rented 2 bikes and we cycled around the beautiful and the most famous beaches from Brazil and the world! We started at Ipanema, heading to Leblon Beach, Rodrigo de Freitas's Lake and Copacabana Beach and Leme Beach. We were cycling for few kilometers but super worthed. After this all biking tour we chilled by Leme beach! Wow what a beach! Cycling for 3 hours made us super hungry so we stopped by A Casa da Feijoada, super traditional food from Brazil with beans. And for the sun set we went to the iconic Pão de Açúcar (Sugar Loaf), the view from the is fantastic!
In the third day we enjoyed the beach at Posto 9 in Ipanema, where the cool and beautiful people hangs out. In the afternoon we decided to go to old city, our first stop was for a lunch at the incredible Aprazível Restaurant in Santa Teresa, I super recommend! After we visited the Parque das Ruínas, This park contains the ruins exterior brick walls and a newly built staircase – of the mansion belonging to Brazilian heiress Laurinda Santos Lobo. It's interesting to see. From there we went to the creative and fun Selarón Stairs in Lapa. The stairs are so cool! Back in our hotel we discovered a sunset beach party! Was so much fun!
Was like this that we ended our first stop in Brazil, with good energy, nice people, and delicious caipirinhas.
